Pendre Art Gallery and Coffee Shop

Gallery
Providing a window on the world of contemporary art in West Wales, Pendre Art is a stylish and well-presented gallery and café, which amazingly, was once a Post Office garage.
It is owned and run by Liz and Andy Hickling-Baker both actors who have always been involved in the art world. In addition to showcasing the work of artists such as David Beattie, Eloise Govier and Iwan Dafis, and photographers Eric Lees and Michael Jackson, their gallery displays the work of local craftspeople working in jewellery, pottery, woodwork and sculpture. They hold regular exhibitions and workshops, for example, Batik with renowned batik artist, Wendy Evans. They also offer a picture framing service.
Coffee Shop
Set in the attractive and relaxing interior of the gallery, the Coffee Shop provides seating for 50, including a comfortable lounge area. Further open-air seating is available outside the front of the gallery.
Relax and enjoy coffee from our freshly brewed Ferraris selection. For those of you who do not want a coffee we also do a wide selection of teas and soft drinks together with bottled beers and wines.
The Coffee Shop is also available to hire for private lunches and events. Menus can be tailored to meet individuals requirements.
